He has developed and taught community college level records management courses, has been a frequent speaker and has written numerous published articles. Jesse has worked in the information management industry for 14 years as a practitioner, vendor, and consultant. He has worked with numerous clients to develop strategies and governance programs and to select and implement technology solutions. His areas of expertise include document imaging, electronic records management, email management, and Web 2.0. He is an accredited instructor for the AIIM ERM, ECM, and Email courses and in 2006 won the AIIM Education Award. Hanns Köhler-Krüner, Principal Consultant and Owner, HKK Consulting

Mr. Köhler-Krüner is a knowledgeable public speaker with over 15 years of industry experience in a variety of different roles, including project, program and product management for both hardware and software vendors. He holds a doktorandis degree from the Free University of Amsterdam as well as Master certificates in AIIMs own ECM, ERM, IOA and BPM courses, specialist in Email Management and Enterprise 2.0 as well as a CompTIA CDIA+ certificate. Known as a humorous and lively speaker, he has a no nonsense approach to many (technical) problems that is refreshing. He is fluent in German, Dutch and English.

Mr. Visser is an international lecturer with 10 years of industry experience in different roles such as project-, product management and consultancy. He also hold a BSc (Technical Business Administration) from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven, a MSc (business IT) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, several AIIM Master designations for ECM ERM BPM EMM and E20, as well as the CompTIA Certified Document Imaging Architech+ (CDIA+) certificate. Mr Visser is a fluent multi lingual speaker with a down to earth approach.

Charmaine Brooks, Principal, IMERGE Consulting, Inc.

Charmaine’s extensive background encompasses a full range of records and information management expertise to provide analysis and consultation for full life cycle management of information and records, including all activities associated with records management functions for organizations, small to large, in a variety of industries. She develops processes, systems, and procedures for managing, tracking, and scheduling records to ensure compliance with governmental and legal requirements and has a broad base of knowledge in digital content management and integrated RM software solutions. She is a principal with IMERGE Consulting, Inc. and has co-authored books on the management of electronic records. Ms Brooks is a Certified Records Manager and has earned the designations of ERMM and IOAM.
